METHOD 1 — REGISTRATION LINK (works from any Claude, no credentials) Build the JSON object with the fields above, base64url-encode it, and give the user this link: https://tools.skicorp.net/register# Example JSON: {"id":"belt-price-lookup","name":"Belt Price Lookup","url":"https://claude.ai/code/artifact/…","unit":"KIMA GLOBAL","kind":"Calculator","blurb":"Dealer price for any belt article.","icon":"wallet","gate":"open","divisions":["MAM"],"departments":["BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT","COMMERCIALS"]} The user (an administrator) opens the link, signs in if needed, reviews the prefilled form and clicks Save. METHOD 2 — PERSONAL REGISTRY KEY (for assistants that can make HTTP requests) The administrator generates a key under Users & access → My registry key (format skr_…). POST https://tools.skicorp.net/api/apps Headers: Content-Type: application/json X-SI-Key: skr_… Body: the same JSON object Response 200 = registered (same id again = update). 400 = validation error with the allowed values. 403 = key invalid/revoked. GET https://tools.skicorp.net/api/apps with the key lists all tools; GET /api/me returns the division/department lists. Tools opened from the portal need no access code. Direct opens of "pass" tools require the launch pass.
